Logos and brands by which you mark your goods, advertise your services or represent your company should be registered as trademarks. Trademarks usually have the form of words, pictures or combinations of the two. A list of goods and services is required for an application to register a trademark and this list should contain only the goods and services which you sell and offer or plan to sell or offer in the near future. If your trademark has not been used for a specific length of time (e.g. five years in Germany) it is possible for a third party to seek cancellation of the trademark registration. The term of a trademark registration is ten years and can be renewed for another ten years as often as desired.

Furthermore we cooperate with attorneys in other countries that will represent your interests in their respective countries. In addition we operate a trademark research to ensure that the term/the logo has not been registered by a third party yet.
