Unfair Competition
The competition law laid down in the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG) regulates business activities between competitors. Actions which are deemed anti-competitive can be prohibited. Assessments relating to competitors are of particular concern in connection with marketing concepts and advertising tactics. Further, the problem of slavish copying must not be disregarded.
